Welcome to Sweet Tea cottage at Julep Farms!  This cottage is a throw back to a 1950's childhood yet with all the modern design features that we love. Some of its qualities are high-pitched, ship-lapped ceilings & walls, 2 spacious bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a mini bar w/ wine fridge, Keurig coffee maker, and microwave.  The great room has spacious seating, a rounded stone fireplace, and a great view of the nearby pasture and mountains. The covered and vaulted porch has room for all and a short distance to a simple fire pit.  All Beds boast premium high thread count linens, plenty of pillows, two large chests of drawers, and 3 LED large screen TV. Designer soaps, lotions, shampoo, and conditioner supplied. Television features ROKU (Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, and Pandora). Free Fiber Wifi throughout the farm. 

Julep Farms is a modern farm resort nestled in a picturesque valley of the Blue Ridge Mountains. We have on-site dining at the Julep Kitchen, a coffee and pastry bar in our retail market, and plenty of stunning outside views. Enjoy bonfires, a game of croquet, or peaceful walks to see the fantastic gardens as well as a visit to the farm animals living throughout this 22-acre resort.

Dillard GA is a quaint little mountain town located in Rabun County GA. We are 20 minutes from Highlands NC and just down the mountain from Sky Valley. Many of our guests enjoy activities on Lake Burton/Lake Rabun or visiting the nearby town of Clayton.  Dillard is also known for its spectacular waterfalls and scenic hiking!
